  • What is FedEx Rewards?

    • FedEx Rewards is a rewards program that is free to join and provides benefits to members for doing business with FedEx. With FedEx Rewards, you can earn your way toward rewards, like brand-name gift cards from top retailers.

  • How do I join FedEx Rewards?

    • To join FedEx Rewards, follow these easy steps.

      1. Go to www.fedex.com/rewards

      2. Click Sign Up Now

      3. Enter your FedEx account number and your zip code

      4. Click Enroll

  • How do I know if I am a member of FedEx Rewards?

    • There are a few ways to find out if you are currently a FedEx Rewards member.

      Option 1: Visit www.fedex.com/rewards> Click LOGIN > Log in using your FedEx account username and password

      Option 2: Visit www.fedex.com> Click “Sign Up or Log In” in the top right corner > Log in using your FedEx account credentials > Once logged in, click on the profile icon > FedEx Rewards is listed. 

  • How do I take advantage of FedEx Rewards offers and earn rewards?

    • As a member of FedEx Rewards, you receive shipping and printing offers that reward you for using eligible FedEx® services.

      Here is how you can take advantage of the offers:

      1. Receive offers and activate them by the activation date in your email or here on the website

      2. Attain your goals

      3. Choose your reward

  • How do I link my account to the FedEx Rewards account?

    • Each FedEx Rewards membership is allowed to link one FedEx shipping account, one FedEx Office® and one FedEx Freight ® account.

      To link your existing FedEx account to FedEx Rewards, visit www.fedex.com/rewards, click “Not a Member Yet? Sign Up Here” and enter your FedEx Express, FedEx Office and/or FedEx Freight account number to register.

  • How can I retrieve my password?

    • From the FedEx Rewards program website at fedex.com/rewards, click "Sign In." Next, click "Forgot your password or user ID?" under the User ID and Password boxes. You can choose to reset your password based on the secret question you answered, or choose to reset your password by email.

  • How do I contact FedEx Rewards?

    • If you have any questions, or if you're experiencing any technical difficulties, please email FedEx Rewards Customer Support or call 1.866.427.5295.

  • When is a Customer Service Rewards representative available to assist me?

    • The FedEx Rewards Team is available at 1.866.427.5295 from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
