FedEx Rewards Terms and Conditions

The FedEx Rewards Program ("Program") is owned and managed by FedEx Express entities, its parent and affiliates (collectively “FedEx”). The Program is provided subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the FedEx Rewards Terms and Conditions, including the General Terms and Conditions set forth below (collectively, "Terms and Conditions").

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Program. By accessing or using the Program, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Program.

You acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and FedEx. FedEx may modify the Terms and Conditions as described below. You agree to review the Terms and Conditions often to familiarize yourself with such modifications. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is available at getrewards.fedex.com/au/en/termsandconditions.html and will supersede all previous versions. By completing the registration process, you become an authorized user of the Program (a "Member"). As applicable, "Member" includes the Member's guests and invitees.

  1. Enrollment
    1. You must enroll to participate. Members must satisfy certain requirements as determined by FedEx from time to time, both at the time of enrollment and throughout their participation in Program. FedEx may, in its absolute discretion, facilitate enrollment in the Program for and on your behalf, and in such a case, you authorize FedEx to use your information to perform the enrolment for and on your behalf. Any enrolment to the Program is subject to processing and approval by FedEx. FedEx reserves the right to disqualify a Member should the Member fail to meet or maintain any such membership requirement. These membership requirements are at the sole discretion of FedEx, need not be disclosed, and are subject to change without notice. 
    2. To become a Member, you must have a valid FedEx Account number, amongst other requirements as may be prescribed by FedEx, from time to time. 
    3. FedEx reserves the right to require a Member to execute a certificate of eligibility at any time, confirming that the Member is not excluded from entry into Program pursuant to the Terms and Conditions and that the Member has complied fully with the Terms and Conditions. If requested by FedEx, truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of any Program rewards. 
    4. In the event that a FedEx Account holder is a company or an organization, the FedEx Account holder must nominate an individual person as its representative (“Nominated Representative”) to enroll in the Program on its behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. FedEx may, in its absolute discretion, facilitate enrollment in the Program for and on the FedEx Account holder’s behalf (including in relation to the nomination of the Nominated Representative), and in such a case, you represent and warrant to FedEx that you are duly authorized to act for and on behalf of the FedEx Account holder, including in relation to the nomination of the Nominated Representative. In addition, you authorize FedEx to use your and the FedEx Account holder’s information to perform the enrolment for and on your and their respective behalf. Any enrolment to the Program is subject to processing and approval by FedEx. Any reward obtained through Program must be attributed to a FedEx Account holder itself and any personal receipt of the reward will be deemed as having legitimate full authorization from a FedEx Account holder. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per FedEx Account holder. 
    5. Incomprehensible, objectionable and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible for the membership. 
    6. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected enrollment entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 
    7. A Member can register to the Program using his/her fedex.com login credential. After Member completes the registration process, he/she will receive a registration confirmation email. Click here to register for fedex.com login. Fedex.com Terms of Use applies. 
  2. Point Accumulation
    1. FedEx Rewards points ("Points") will be used to determine the eligible Program rewards. 
    2. Points can be accumulated from the date of a Member's enrollment in Program. 
    3. The number of Points earned is based on the discount offer of each air waybill shown below and the amount of Australia dollars spent by the Member on “Eligible Shipments” defined in paragraph iv below. Point calculations will be rounded to the nearest one (1) Point. 
    4. "Eligible Shipments" must meet all of the following conditions: 
      1. Shipments are FedEx International Priority (IP), FedEx International Priority Express (IPE), FedEx International Priority Freight (IPF), FedEx International First (IF), FedEx International Economy (IE), International Economy Freight (IEF), FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution (IPD), FedEx® International Deferred Freight (FDF), FedEx International Economy Distribution (IED) service shipments and FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP). 
      2. Freight charges of the shipments are billed to a Member's FedEx Account number (regardless of shipper, consignee or third-party payor). 
      3. Shipments paid by cash or any over the counter transaction; and shipments on FedEx promotional pricing, including but not limited to CS Hotline rate and Spot rates, are not eligible for points. 
    5. Points are awarded for freight charge only. Any handling fees, surcharges, customs clearance charges, duties and taxes paid by a Member are not counted as freight charge eligible for Points. 
    6. Points will be credited to the relevant FedEx Account after the applicable freight charge has been invoiced, i.e., by the end of the calendar month immediately following the month in which the shipment was made. 
    7. Points will not be recalculated in the event of an invoice adjustment. 
    8. Point calculation is subject to FedEx's internal adjustment within the first calendar month of the shipment date. 
    9. Bonus Points may be awarded for activating and completing bonus offers presented through the Program. 
    10. Points will not be awarded for any shipment immediately following the termination of a FedEx Account. 
  3. Reward Redemption
    1. Points can be redeemed as reward items available at getrewards.fedex.com/en-au/#/login. To redeem Points, a Member must submit a redemption request. Points will be deducted upon receipt of any redemption request by FedEx. 
    2. Points that are not redeemed within eighteen (18) months following the date of shipment will be forfeited without notice. 
    3. Points accumulated in a FedEx Account can only be redeemed by the Member assigned to that FedEx Account. In case a Member is a business account, only the Nominated Representative can make a redemption request, otherwise FedEx reserves the right to disregard a redemption request until a formal letter of authorization by a representative of the Member is received. 
    4. Processing of a redemption request may take up to five (5) weeks. 
    5. Once Points are redeemed, the rewards cannot be returned, reissued or refunded. The rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value. 
    6. Points cannot be transferred between FedEx Accounts. The attempted sale or exchange of Points with FedEx or any other party is not permitted and will result in membership termination and the loss of all Points and benefits. 
    7. Commodity rewards are subject to the availability of the requested rewards at the time of request. FedEx will not guarantee the availability of the requested reward. 
    8. Once the request is processed, the physical reward(s) will be sent to the address that the Member filed with FedEx. Rewards will be considered delivered once they are sent to such address. In the case of e-vouchers, which can be used to redeem rewards, these will be sent to the Member's registered e-mail address. 
  4. Missing Point Requests
    1. Members must submit a request for missing points by reaching out to FedEx Rewards using our contact form or by speaking to our customer service representatives
    2. A missing Points request will only be accepted within three (3) months of the shipping date and may take up to four (4) weeks to process. 
    3. FedEx reserves the right to reject any request for missing Points without explanation. 
  5. Account Statements
    1. Account statements will be issued to Members on a monthly basis. 
    2. FedEx will send the account statement to the Member's e-mail address on file. 
  6. Data Privacy
    1. Your personal data and any data submitted or otherwise processed in relation to the Program may be processed for program and account management, relationship management, on-going research and program development, and any other legitimate business purposes as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. In any case where FedEx collect, transfer personal data (including across jurisdictions), or otherwise process your personal data, it is subject to appropriate safeguards, in accordance with applicable laws. FedEx will also use the data to communicate with a Member. A Member may request that FedEx not send such communication to them, provided that the request is made in writing and/or in other form or manner, whatsoever, as provided by FedEx or as may be required by applicable law. Such a request, however, may prevent FedEx from informing the Member of offers associated with Program membership. 
    2. In any case where FedEx collects, transfers personal data (including across jurisdictions), handles, or otherwise processes your personal data, such activities are governed by the applicable FedEx Privacy Policy and Notice(s)
    3. A Member agrees that FedEx is authorized to use and/or disclose to any officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, or suppliers, any information it has relating to the Member for purposes of performing its contractual obligations or enforcing its rights as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reasonably incidental or contemplated purpose related to the relationship between FedEx and the Member. A Member also agrees that FedEx may use and/or disclose any information provided by the Member to the extent required by law, or share it with any FedEx affiliates (including overseas affiliates). 
    4. Where consent is required, you expressly provide such consent to FedEx by accessing, using and/or submitting any data to FedEx, and/or continuing to be a Member. Subject to any legal restrictions, a Member may access their own personal information upon request, and where necessary, correct any errors in such information. 
    5. In relation to any data provided by you concerning yourself, your employees or agents, a Nominated Representative, a FedEx Account holder and/or any third party in connection with the Program or otherwise, you represent that you have complied with applicable laws, including obtaining the necessary legal basis (e.g. consent) for the provision of such data to FedEx and the processing by FedEx of the data. 
    6. Members will be responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of their own login password and agree not to disclose the password to any unauthorized person. Members are solely responsible and liable for all damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees, claims and obligations whatsoever arising from the unauthorized use of their password. 
  7. Membership Termination
    1. If a FedEx Account has not earned any points for a period of twenty-four (24) months, FedEx reserves the right to terminate the Program membership without notice. 
    2. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions or other rules and procedures outlined in the Program website, the fraudulent use or misuse of Points, or misrepresentation by a Member may result in the termination of the Program membership. The Member will also be held liable for and indemnify FedEx from all damages, litigation and transaction costs. 
    3. If there is any change in the status of a Member's FedEx Account or the level of discount enjoyed by the Member, FedEx reserves the right to terminate the Program membership or change the terms of membership without notice. All promotions made available to the member prior to the change will be immediately cancelled. 
    4. If a Member wishes to terminate the membership, the Member must submit their termination request to FedEx in writing. Termination of the membership will become effective within five (5) days of FedEx receiving a Member's written notice. After the voluntary termination of the Program membership, participation in the Program will not be re-instated. 
    5. Termination of the membership for any reason (regardless of voluntary or involuntary termination) will result in the cancellation and forfeit of any and all accumulated Points. 
  8. General Terms and Conditions
    1. You shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the fedex.com Terms of Use, and the applicable FedEx privacy policy and/or privacy notice in the country or territory of your FedEx Account Number, which is supplementary to, and shall be read together with, the FedEx Global Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice
    2. FedEx reserves the right to modify or terminate any and all FedEx Rewards promotions, campaign, rewards, benefits and rules at any time without notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, FedEx reserves the right to change the third-party providers of each promotion, campaign or rewards ("Third-Party Provider"), the accumulation or redemption of credited Points, the structure, availability or terms of use of rewards, or the features of any special offer, at any time without notice. These changes will apply even if they affect the value of previously credited Points. 
    3. Under no circumstances, will FedEx be liable to a Member for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Program (including each promotion and campaign operated under the Program; the same shall apply hereafter). This includes the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits; whether loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise; and whether or not FedEx has any control over or prior knowledge of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. 
    4. FedEx does not accept any liability for any damage or loss in connection with the availability or quality of goods and services provided by the Third-Party Provider. 
    5. All hypertext links from the FedEx website are provided for information and convenience only. FedEx will not accept any liability for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including consequential loss) from the quality of information or the use of materials or information contained on the linked sites. The inclusion of a hyperlink does not imply that FedEx endorses the material listed on the linked sites. 
    6. Eligibility excludes the officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Program as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office. 
    7. By entering the Program, unless otherwise advised by the Member, each Member consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes. 
    8. If the Program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program. 
    9. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and the Terms and Conditions, the former will control. 
    10. In the event of any discrepancies with respect to the Program, FedEx's decision is final, and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations. 
    11. FedEx reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
